Meet our Founder

Herb Beslanowitch is a long-time nomad. He has lived in many states in the U.S. and in many countries around the world. Herb is also a digital nomad, being fortunate enough to work from anywhere that has reliable internet. He started Nomad Property Investments with the dream of helping other nomads put down some roots without the hassle that can sometimes come with property ownership.

How do I know these properties are real and not a scam?

We own every property we sell, which you can verify by county records. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of business ethics and transparency. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. Our founder Herb Beslanowitch is a real person with an active presence both online and offline. He has over 20 years experience as a mentor and entrepreneur. When you purchase land from us, we are contractually and legally obligated to transfer the land into your name upon receipt of full payment. If we did not honor this commitment, we would face legal consequences.

How are you able to offer seller financing at 0% interest?

We choose to offer interest-free financing to our clients because we believe that land ownership should be easy and affordable. We offer a range of monthly payment plans designed to fit a variety of buyer needs, from smaller down payments to lower monthly rates. There is no penalty for paying in full before your financing terms are up, so if your financial priorities change while making monthly payments, you are always welcome to acquire the deed to the property sooner!

Can I go visit the property and inspect it before buying?

Absolutely! While we provide as much online information as we can about each property, we strongly encourage potential buyers to inspect the property and conduct due diligence before signing a purchase agreement. Of course this isn't always logistically or geographically possible, so sometimes a buyer will pay their deposit to secure their exclusive rights to the property before someone else snatches it up. Once we receive your deposit, we take the property off the market, and remember that you are protected by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, if you change your mind about purchasing it.

What kind of land do you sell?

We specialize in raw, undeveloped land. This means no residential or commercial structures have been built on it yet. For every property listing, we clearly identify whether you are legally permitted to build a home on it, to camp or RV, and what utilities (if any) are provided by the county.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

We are as transparent as possible with our pricing because no one likes costly surprises and we like happy clients. We don't charge our land buyers anything extra except a one-time $149 document preparation fee for the contract. This is a very common, standard fee in the land sales industry because it's a labor-intensive step that is non-refundable. We list all costs on the property detail pages, with the cash price and monthly financing options clearly spelled out so there are no surprises or confusion.
